Before trainees and apprentices get to start, we conduct our health and safety risk assessments on the site, and review that statutory requirements are in place and procedures are being adhered to. Today we did get a little bogged down in our assessments with all the mud and rain, but hopefully the apprentices will be starting on site later this week when the building materials and sunny weather arrive!
