VISION
Our vision as a unique high quality CSCS skills training and jobs brokerage that is developed and resourced through its own dedicated forum of mental ill health members. To aid themselves and other service users in creating internal job roles as well as accessing new innovative routes into the construction industry.
Championing an intrinsic not-for-profit company across London that provides it’s members with a clear focus for both cooperative society and ethical business enterprise at its heart.
MISSION
The Company will encapsulate members’ knowledge skills and experiences, establishing mental health forums that can instil management and business behaviours and new job purposes for its members. Developing an organisation that provides CSCS and CPCS training opportunities. Providing access to research, identify and anticipate the evolving trends and environmental innovations within the building industries, where the supply of new roles for people with mental ill health can be instilled and forged around construction and entrepreneurship.
To provide the means for employability, where members can access and obtain technological advice and guidance on building information modelling practices, low carbon construction and energy efficiency solutions, where new roots for enterprise and training can be cultured to meet the advancing needs of sub-contractors, main contractors and the industry’s supply chains.
Altogether (in the Big Society) contributing to the differences of skill, experience and capacity, that is required if we are to meet the UK’s commitment of the 2008 Climate Change Act to reduce emissions by 80% by 2050; to meet the UK demands with the Green Deal initiative from the 2011 Energy Efficient Act; and to meet the UK Government’s Building Information Modelling (BIM) Strategy of 2011.
